- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Exact pricing is difficult to provide with out an inspection. Sanitation, structural, environmental conditions and severity of the problem can only be known by a comprehensive inspection. These conditions do affect the price of a program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal introduction, inspection, gathering information, full explanation of the program and what the customer can expect. Respecting their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State certifications in the areas of service I offer.Continuing education is a must. Laws and restrictions on product usage change continualy. New product technology, updating and improving programs. Commercial service studies are offered from many organizations and industry books. In residential, new information on pest biology and product technology is critical to our programming, performance and satisfaction of our customers. Our website keeps you abreast on our training.
