    I charge by the room and prices vary from the condition of the room! I start with a base rate of $25-$30 per room. Ovens and Refrigerators start at $25 and if extremely bad $45. Windows are $3-$5 per window. Then we go from there and there's always things that can be negotiated!

    Always remember why your hiring a professional to do these services for you... Because you are not wanting to do it. For good reliable services it's worth paying the extra buck.

    We are extremely detailed orientated and when done with a job we want satisfaction in all areas!
