- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Get to know the customer and find out exactly what their needs and wants are. I make an appointment to look at the project and then give them an estimate. Depending on the project and size will depend on if I design and shop for them as well. After we secure the job we will set up a date for the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in construction trade Bachelors Degree in Construction Trade Education 15 years of on the job training
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice I give any customer looking to hire a handyman/construction crew is to make sure they are licensed and insured. Also, find out if they have any schooling or how long they have been doing this. Just because somebody is only in business for 1 year doesn’t mean they don’t have years of experience.
