We hired Kirby for day of coordination, and I am so thankful that we had her. Miranda, Kirby, and I had met before and created a timeline, and I was able to ask many questions, email them both, and depend on them to confirm details of the wedding with all the vendors. The wedding day was rainy, and that made everything much more difficult for Kirby. But she helped set up the rain back up plan for the ceremony, listened to what I wanted, worked closely with the photographer, diverted questions, and helped make sure that everything went smoothly despite nothing going like our original plan. She did all that- plus much more that I probably don't even realize, as the bride, she kept me pretty well out of it so I could enjoy my special day. We couldn't have done it without her.
Oh there is no one better in wedding planner than Bhatki! If you're lucky enough to get to hire her you will be guaranteed a very well-ran wedding complete w/ timeline and follow up by her! I have known Erin for over 10 years and I can always count on her to take care of anything that she undertakes with pride and a smile on her face. For the past four years, Erin has taken care of all the food needed for our Colorado CC camp from planning the meals to preparing, serving and cleaning up afterwards. Taking care of the meals for almost 300 kids and staff for a week is a job in an of itself! Pleasing their palates with different meals including a gluten free option is no easy task but somehow Erin always seems to be able to with a smile on her face. She always seems to find time to help with other details of the camp as well as helping with the campers. I know that Erin has made my life so much easier for that week. She has and will hopefully continue to be an integral part of our camp. I can't say enough about Erin's ability to coordinate all aspects of the meals needed for our camp! Coach Ramsey
