I did not know what type of business I would have in the future, but I wanted the name to allow me to do whatever I decided on hence, the name A to Z Services. I've always wanted to be at home to raise my own children, but life with all of its harsh realities, has kept me from reaching that goal. I am now a single mother with 4 children. In February, I lost my full-time job as a dental secretary because my daughter was diagnosed with scarlet fever, and I had to be home with her for 4 days. My children need me, but I have to pay the bills too. I decided that I was going to attempt to gain enough work from home to meet their needs. One of the new services I provide is accounting/bookkeeping. My qualifications include the job opportunity I had in 2000 to integrate QuickBooks program into the Donahue Corporation office and replace their manual ledgers. My fees for this service, which includes data entry of all transactions into the computer and monthly accounting, are 50 cents per transaction and $150/month. Accounting is only one of many services available with A to Z Services. I am enclosing a couple of business cards and flyers that list a few of the other services I provide. If you have an employee bulletin board, would you post one of my flyers? Each of the services I provide has its own fee that can be discussed if you are interested.
