My daughter has been taking lessons at The Lazy Horse Equine Center for about two years. She has done trail rides with instructor Miss Jessie as well. My daughter has learned so much about horses and how to properly care for them and ride them in the two years she's been with the center. My daughter is 12 and visually impaired. The patience and understanding her trainer Jessie has is fabulous to say the least. Lazy Horse has been a great fit for our family. The center offers more than just riding lesson and is definitely somewhere to check out if your looking for lessons, trail rides or a unique and fun place for a birthday party. I need to also add that summer camps are offered several times during the summer months these are a week of fun filled activities with the horses as well as arts-n-crafts. If you've ever thought about learning to ride this is the place to be.

My daughter & I have been taking lessons at Abby Road Farm with Kelly for over 5 years. We love it! It has been a great environment for my daughter to not only learn how to ride and about horses but about perserverance, self-discipline and self-esteem. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Dana is wonderful. Either one of my girls had any experience with horses and after just the first lesson they felt very comfortable around them. My girls love Dana and can't wait for their lessons every week!!

Marlowe was an incredible instructor to my son Connor who is 15 years old. She was patient, kind, and more than willing to educate my child on everything he needed to know for his very first horseback riding lesson. We will definitely be going back to her again

I've been really impressed with Daphne's instruction and guidance. As an older rider, I've experienced a variety of trainers over my riding career and Daphne is by far the best I've worked with. By reinforcing a true hunter-style ride, rather than accepting rushing through jump courses, Daphne helps riders and horses work together and truly enjoy the experience. Don't worry if you don't have your own horse, their lesson horses are fantastic, well-loved, & well taken care of! You can't go wrong with Two Bit Training!!!

About

I have been to school for Equestrian studies at Kansas State University, have made the NCAA Equestrian Team and was one of the leading Horse Judging Team members. As a youth I was actively involved in 4H, my past knowledge gives me a great base of knowledge in training and teaching both horses and riders from the bottom up.

Kelly is a great person, a true horse lover and an excellent, patient teacher. She's great with kids and adult learners both and is able to adjust her style to the age and learning styles of different riders.
