Introduction: Unlike "chain" massage businesses, our clients are treated to massages that are customized to their needs, not to our time constraints. Our clients receive 60 minutes of massage time when they pay for 60 minutes. If our client needs focused attention for a problem area, we will include it into the massage. However, if our clients want just relaxation, we can oblige that request as well. Our company doesn't insist on quick client transitions. We schedule clients with at least 15 minutes between sessions, so none of our clients feel rushed to get dressed. Many chain spas leave only 5 minutes for client transitions.
