FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before you start, you will look at a calendar together to see how many times you want to meet for the following month. This works best for you and your schedule. You decide how many sessions you want for the month and then it is added up. It's simple.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in college and I received a phone call that my dad had a heart attack and needed open heart surgery. I had a 4 hour drive home until I could be by his side. During the drive I had plenty of time to think about my family's history. It was littered with disease. Heart disease, diabetes, COPD, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, and the list can go on. I was personal in great shape at the time. I was a college wrestler and I did not want to just except that one day I will go through this myself. On that drive I decided to dig into health and wellness. I decided not to accept that this is just my fate. I decided to declare my major in Health and Human Performance. Since 2004 I have been teaching people what I learned. Showing them that they do have a say in how things turn out.
