What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
COACHING- 3 and 6 month coaching packages are available and include People Code participant materials, book, and Color Code Personality assessment. MEDIATING- Hourly rate of $175.00. I am not an attorney, my area of expertise is in applying personality typing to mediate issues for families and businesses. SPEAKING- Fees are tailored to the event. Call for pricing. TRAINING- Fees are half day or full day, based on the number of participants. Call for rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SPEAKING- I'll work with you to understand your needs and goals and then tailor a "motivational styles" keynote to integrate into your overall meeting theme. BUSINESS- I typically work with Executives/Leaders to establish goals before facilitating a half-day or full day workshop to teams/departments. I advise leadership coaching following training to reinforce and integrate the new concepts, and then ad-hoc training sessions thereafter focused on topics identified in the initial seminar. INDIVIDUALS- We begin with you taking the Color Code personality profile. Our first meeting will be a 2-hour coaching session where I provide an analysis and interpretation of your results and listen to learn what you want to accomplish with our coaching relationship. I typically meet weekly with my clients at a mutually agreed upon location. As your coach, I will lay in front of you a map of all of your options, challenges, and opportunities. I will challenge you to gather all of your ability, intuition, knowledge, and resources to overcome limitations and achieve your dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accredited facilitator, speaker and coach certified by the creator of the Color Code Personality Assessment and author of the People Code and Character Code books, Dr. Taylor Hartman. I have a close working relationship with Dr. Hartman, and I consult with him regularly on behalf of my clients. I travel to Salt Lake City twice a year to meet with Dr. Hartman and stay current with my certification. MEDIATING- I am not an attorney, my area of expertise is in internal conflict resolution for business. I do this by educating and applying personality theories and concepts to mediate issues for families, teens and businesses.
