Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We believe in doing things only one way, the right way. We pride ourselves on our single minded approach to quality craftsmanship. Whether it is a wood rot repair or an upgrade remodel, whether it is an Estate in a gated community or a Ranch house in the country we give the same attention to detail and quality. Our homes are where we raise our children, seek shelter from the storms, create lifelong memories and for most, it is our biggest monetary investment. So why should you settle for anyone ever treating your house with less respect and care than it absolutely deserves? We prefer to develop relationships with our clients rather than treating them as a number or just another job. Many of our jobs are from repeat clients or referrals who love what we do and how we treat their homes, we couldn't ask for more. We enjoy both creating beautiful and functional spaces as well as solving nagging and costly or damaging problems. Most of all we love helping people and easing their minds and making their homes safer and more enjoyable. Meeting new people and developing relationships through our work is the icing on the cake.

Patio Remodel or Addition

Working with Cory, John & Cory Jr was an absolute pleasure. Everything was done with great care taken to ensure we loved our outdoor living space. Their attention to detail and hard work is second to none. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects! They were very reasonably priced and did an amazing job in record time. Thank you guys!!

Exterior Painting

Cory and his team came in and cleaned up a job that another contractor was not completing to my satisfaction. The work included exterior wood rot repair and painting. His team completed the work in a timely and professional manner and was great about communicating issues encountered during the job. I would definitely hire him again!

I have had Corey and his crew do numerous projects for me and couldn't be happier. Corey's knowledge of the construction industry is great and him and his crew do professional high quality work. I have had trouble in the past with other contractors communicating effectively and doing what they say and Corey excels in these areas. I will use Corey and RCW whenever I have the need.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With Remodeling and Repair work there are so many different variables that we've found it difficult to assign a fixed rate to most projects. We feel that it can set up the relationship between the Contractor and the Client to fail before it really gets started. If we were to give a set price per window for replacement and once we get on the job it becomes clear that it's going to be more difficult than originally quoted, resulting in increased cost, then we enter into an area of contention and disappointment that was easily avoided by doing a competent and comprehensive inspection prior to any budget discussions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial contact, we'll come inspect the proposed project or repair. This gives us a much better idea of the reality of the situation and allows us to make a personal connection with our client. After the inspection, we'll put together a comprehensive Labor Proposal and Materials Estimate and submit that to the client for approval. Upon approval we can then establish a schedule based on the wish of the client as well as our availability and the lead time of necessary supplies and materials.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I, myself, have over 30 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction as a Carpenter, Superintendent and Project manager. My Lead Carpenter also has as many years working professionally as a Residential Carpenter and previous Company Owner. We both take an active roll in doing hands-on training for our Apprentices so we can pass our knowledge and experience on to the next generation.
