- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no complicated pricing. I use local supplier, food service carrier and then cost per meal per person and gave a price for services and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I need to go over their choices, assist them with decision making, then offer a contract. Half the deposit is required at the signing of contract, and the other half upon delivery
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, i have watched videos, created more dishes, learned to add changes to menus, also took a class with a food service company to learn diabetic cooking and menus.I also attended a business class for 6 weeks with the Chamber of Commerce, where i learned how to create, develop and executed a business plan, then graduated with a certificate of completion from the Ewing- Coffman Foundation. I also attended several marketing classes over the years with the Chamber of Commerce. Attended SBA workshops and Seminars for Small Business Owners, attended seminars for contracts and procurement for small businesses in Kansas and Missouri, attended several workshops in marketing.
