I have been extremely happy with Jamie as my personal trainer and friend. She not only cares about our workouts, she cares about my health and how I am feeling. We have developed a relationship that extends beyond working out. She helps me with my diet, my lifestyle and she's always available. Jamie also works with my schedule and makes sure to get our workouts in. I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to make a lifestyle change.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to become a personal trainer during my time serving in the US Army. I built myself up to mixing out the Army PT test. When I first joined, I was a couch potato and just barely passing the minimum standard. Nobody took the time to help me; so, I had to figure it out for myself. I wanted to help others not have to struggle like I did by becoming a personal trainer.
