Introduction: I provide half hour and hour massages with main focus on Swedish and Deep Tissue. I have been a CMT for over 20 yrs and have worked with a number of chiropractors. I am available on the 12th at noon if you decide that works
I enjoy being able to help my clients whether it be pain relief or just offering a little relaxation.

Jeffrey greeted me promptly and led me to the room. Such an awesome massage. I rarely take time for myself, but decided to give it a try. Very glad that I did. He is a very nice guy that knows what he is doing. Can't wait to find my next block of time with him.

I hired Jeff to help me to destress, as part of therapy to help deal with Type 2 diabetes through destressing, since stress causes blood sugar levels to rise. Jeff was very friendly, cordial and courteous throughout the process. First, he asked questions to determine what kind of massage pressure I like, what I wanted to achieve through massage, were there any sore areas on the body, etc. He was very attentive and professional. The mood and ambience were perfect, with relaxing music while Jeff gave me the thorough, relaxing, stress-reducing, full body massage. I would hire him again and recommend him to family and friends.
