I noticed bed bugs on a Friday night and was very disgusted and anxious that I may move them to another room. Nathan messaged me right back on thumbtack and called when I asked of there was someone I could talk to. This was about 730 PM (after hours). He was at dinner at that time but talked to me for quite a while answering my questions ect and then offered to come by that night to do an inspection. I feel like he went above and beyond, after he came and eased my mind we set up the appointment for the following Monday and again he worked around my schedule and came around 5PM giving me time to make it home

Very knowledgeable, prompt service. We had ants and bedbugs and they were gone with the very first treatment. Worked with us to let us know when they were inbound so we could secure our pets. Answered all our questions and were very quick to respond to any communication.
