Knowledgeable trainers, professional atmosphere, and the right equipment. In my first 4 months here I lost over 20 lbs! I would recommend any of the trainers here to anybody who wants to lose weight and gain muscle. I should also say that I have a back injury and they were more than willing to work around my injury when developing workout plans.
My first experience with Kacey's training was when she trained my 101 year old Father. She would come to his home & help him with what we would consider simple exercises, but for him were vital to him being able to move comfortably and keep his mind active. Her professional & caring manner were appreciated not only by him, but my sisters & me as well. Later I started taking Pilates w/Kacey, and after a year decided I wanted personal training as well. It has been fantastic. Kacey is very conscientious about not pushing me beyond my limits after having had knee & back surgeries. But at the same time encourages me to push myself, knowing more than I what I am capable of doing, and she is always right. I constantly surprise myself with my strength and agility, and see the results of my hard work and her knowledge in my body. I can't say enough what a wonderful trainer & person Kacey is, and I would recommend her highly to anyone, and do.
Hands down, no question... Gotime training is there to change your life on every level! They are not the typical "trainers" they care, get to the bottom of why you want/need the change! Id recommend them 100x over!!!
Steven is my personal trainer. He's not only about being fit but he has taught me things about eating healthy and eating right. Even when I couldn't train with him for a couple of months, he took time out of his busy schedule to make me a list of exercises that I could do until I could come back. He's just a overall awesome person.

Tim was my personal trainer for six months at Premier Fitness. He was a very personable guy who always wore a smile, challenged me in my fitness goals, and varied my workout to meet my individual needs. His positive encouragement helped me to gain muscle strength and lose pounds.
Camp Shred offers a different workout everyday so it never gets boring. The trainer Yusef Dibbles teaches you how lift properly. The different workouts ensure that you work all the different muscle groups and that you don't over work any specific muscle group. The people at the camp vary from intense to casual so you can work at your own pace. The workout space is clean and kept organized. When I started, I had to stretch every time I got out of bed or out of the car. Now I don't have to stretch and I've lost 65 pounds.
Julia is an amazing trainer. When I first started seeing her I was about 165 pounds and people told me I looked sick. She worked with me and helped me gain about 20 pounds of muscle in just over six months. I am now 180 pounds and feel amazing. I could not be more thankful for the work that Julia did with me. I honestly believe that I am a healthier and stronger person because of the work she did. Highly recommended A+++ 10, Stars, Amazing.
Yusef truly understands the individual needs for each of his client and that is important when looking for a personal trainer. This allows him to motivate his client to achieve and maintain a long term goal weather is loosing weight or becoming a stronger athlete. When you attend his session you don't feel like you have to go, you actually want and look forward to going the amount of positive energy that he brings to each session is amazing. He is a great coach that expects and maximizes performance for each session he definitely pushes you out of your comfort zone while making sure your workout is done properly so you don't get hurt.
Every one is so nice there! As soon as I get off work I always go to the gym and no matter how bad my day was at work I always have a smile on at the gym! My trainer Caleb has helped me out alot I went to the gym to fight depression that goes on my family he has helped me with that and I can't be thankful enough! He has become like a mentor to me and a really good friend I can count on! Over all I love the gym and the people there!
Cleodis is an excellent trainer. He is very patient. He shows me the proper technics when I'm doing it wrong. The workout that he has me doing right now is fantastic. I can feel the burn before I even leave the gym. I look forward to my training sessions with him. He as pushes me and motivated me everyday.
John is a super knowledgeable trainer who does a great job explaining what muscles we are working and why we are doing specific exercises during my sessions. He is very attentive and helps me focus to make sure I have correct form and he is able to modify exercises when necessary. Compared with some other trainers I have used in the past John is very encouraging and very committed to helping me getting in shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
I have only been working with Stephanie for a couple months now, but I couldn’t be happier with the results so far! I had always stayed active up until after high school, and I found myself constantly making excuse after excuse not to go to the gym or to change my eating habits. I finally realized that I had to have a lifestyle change and I could not be more thankful that Stephanie has helped to make that happen for me. Not only is Stephanie a well-educated trainer, she is also encouraging, patient and truly cares about her clients.
