Introduction: Having a home inspection is important because it can be used as a contingency in your purchase offer. For problems large or small, you can ask the seller to fix them, reduce the purchase price, or even give you a cash credit at closing to fix the problems yourself. This is where a home inspection can pay for itself several times over.

Took the time to answer all my questions and was very detail oriented. The inspection was scheduled in a timely manner and he met my scheduling needs. The report itself was laid out in an orderly fashion. Visable and clear pictures of all discrepancies along with a clear and detailed desceiption. Was a pleasure doing business with Bill, will be referring business to him any chance i get!
