Richard P.

A friend of mine from high school contacted me to see if I could help locate a former classmate of ours. Our former classmate hadn’t been seen or heard from in over 25 years and had been under a restraining order for stalking his ex-wife. I contacted Jake to see if he could help my friend locate where this former classmate might be living. With the resources Jake has access to he was able to locate my former classmate within a very short time and found that he had recently been arrested and was in jail, much to the relief of my friend!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have set pricing for certain jobs/cases but they vary based on travel. For example, standard service for process in Wichita would be $55 but service in Butler County would be $65. Prices also vary depending on volume of work from each customer. Investigations are $50 an hour but travel expenses are not included in that base price.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask what their needs/expectations are for each case. I also ask for feedback at the end to see how I can improve as an Investigator/Process Server.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Wichita State University with a Minor in Criminal Justice. I also a former Police Officer and Investigation Specialist with Target Corporation.
