Amy has been my yoga and fitness instructor for the past couple years. It is easy to see her passion for yoga and fitness. She is very knowledgeable with anatomy and providing tips for correct alignment. For yoga, she is good at sequencing and building strength and flexibility. She guides you to breathe slowly through the sun salutations. She breaks down each pose and offers modifications that allow for safe and correct alignment. For fitness, Amy is a good motivator.
