Bill was a great choice for me as a first time home buyer. He is very quick to respond to you when you have any questions that may need to be answered. During the inspection itself, which I was present for, he was very friendly, patient, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why it was important. I received my full report within 24 hours and it fully documents any issues that may be found with the house in an easily understandable manner. Couldn't recommend him enough! Very professional and takes his time to make sure it is a job well done.
