We charge $1 per linear foot for trim. If you are looking for lowest price on the deck, it probably wouldn't be worth our time to look at it. We do quality work, not cheap work. This was their answer to my work estimate request. I didn't even ask their price for my deck. First of all, this originally was a request for interior painting. Somewhere along the line, you changed to request to remodeling a deck. You sent us a message that said we would only get the job if we could beat $0.45 per linear foot. I tried to explain to you that we don't work that cheap. You were trying to get us to do the trimwork super cheap, so it was safe to assume the same for the deck. You said, "Wasn't looking for lowest price, but was looking for a fair price," literally right after you asked us to go lower than your lowest price on the trim, which is completely contradictory. You have no business leaving us a review when we didn't do any work for you. The statements in your review are completely untrue: 1. We did answer your work request. 2. We didn't refuse to look at it. Although we did suggest that it might not be worth either of our time when you are clearly looking for the lowest price. Maybe you misread our response. Then you sent us a picture of who knows what.... a job that we didn't even do? Your review doesn't even effect our rating because we have 22 other 5-star reviews on Thumbtack. Our customers know the kind of work we do. We haven't done anything wrong in this situation, and we sure didn't refuse to look at your job. I literally have no idea why you are responding this way and making up things that are not true. If you have any other concerns, please call Adam at 859-302-1348.

If possible, we will give the customer a quote on the spot, but sometimes we will need a couple days to prepare a quote.
