I brought my husband to Nashville for his birthday along with 6 other family members! I reached out to close to 100 restaurants for Valentine's Day and no one could accommodate us! So I posted in thumbtack and Magnolia got right to me and made everything so easy! They were good about keeping me in the loop with their ETA and any other information I needed! The food was awesome, each course served was delicious, it was a great experience for all of us. And they clean up afterwards!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer both drop off service with a delivery fee and also full service for a 25% fee. For groups above 150, I am willing to negotiate a discount on some of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We get some information from our client when they contact us. We provide an initial written proposal to our client and if it is accepted, we schedule a tasting or consultation. If the client books, we collect a 30% deposit and schedule the client’s event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a culinary arts degree and have 10+ years experience in food service. My partner and I have been working together in catering for the last three years and have worked on hundreds of events together.
