She has group workouts or you can schedule one-on-one sessions with her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ People of literally ALL ages workout with her! If you are trying to get started and do not know how, I highly recommend contacting Ashley and she will design a workout plan just for you! She is super personable, very easy to talk to, very accommodating, and her prices are very reasonable! She also has meal plans depending on what you are trying to accomplish. // ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember before I started working out, my heart would hurt before going to sleep. I also couldn't do sit ups, I could barely do squats without crying, and my ass didn't exist (yup, girl got a back now! Lol) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kidding aside, there's still a lot more things I can do to improve my health.
