James was very professional. He was very thorough in his inspection and took time out to explain his findings. He also was very quick to get the report back to us. He assured us that if we didn't understand anything that he would be available to explain it. His motto is his job isn't done until we understand the whole report. Great guy to work with. Mr. Freeze was meticulous, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, competent, and on time after traveling a long distance to inspect our two properties. Everything was explained to both my husband and myself verbally followed with a detailed written report. We followed the insights provided on HVAC problems which were quickly resolved by a competent company. The inspection will help us to do a spending plan for the future for these 2 buildings. Mr. Freeze performed a home inspection with a very thorough and complete report of interior, exterior, and all related areas. He arrived at the appointed time and noted all discrepancies both minor and major. He documented and photographed all noted problems and even offered viable solutions for fixes within his expertise. Quality of work was professional and exceptional. It was a pleasure to do business with Jim.

The pricing is based on the size of the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As home inspectors, we are required to complete 24 education hours a year, so far in 2014, I have completed over 130 hours. I want to stay on top of my game.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife and myself had a home inspection years ago, and the "inspector" was there for about 1 hour. After we bought the home, we noticed that the inspector missed several issues that cost us thousands of dollars to fix. I don't want any other home buyers to go through the same as my family did.
