Introduction: Western Kentucky Home Inspections will always take the extra step. Many home inspectors today especially even some of the most seasoned ignore many avenues of a home to speed the process of the inspection. The outcome flips profits but leaves behind deficiencies in a home unknown by the home buyers. The result in many cases leads to expensive repairs in the future. Don't let a shady/ expensive inspector cut the time spent on your inspection for profit. Call Western Kentucky Home Inspections and get your inspection done, "the first time." Also keep I'm mind we have damone reports on our website! Homes have been families life since the 1930's. I come from several generations of home builders and contractors and I have over 12 years of reverie me in construction and even more years of education in the field. I love my work and I go out oft way to prove it, So I guarantee my home inspections.

Jesse was great. Was not only on time but almost 20 minutes early. Allowed me to be very involved in the process and didn't make me feel as if I was in the way. Very thorough and detailed in his inspection. Jesse took time out to explain things to my wife and I as he went.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I continues education every month; much of my education is performed through InterNACHI a national home inspection organization that has been known for some of best insight in the construction/ home inspection field.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't pick the first inspector you hear about, even if referred by a realtor. Ask every inspector for past inspection samples.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

This line of work takes more then just a license, it takes actual experience in construction. This enables an inspector to best understand a homes construction and the components that make it up. But this is not, and will not be limited to continued education in the field and proper licensing and insurance.
