- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different for every cake. Labor, materials, travel, and other components are included in all my pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently double majoring at Cincinnati State as a culinary and pastry major.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My proudest moment for my small business was providing a wedding cake for a client, and she cried when she saw it. I knew this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Not only decorating cakes, but making people happy.
