How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since i grew up on a farm I have always enjoyed working outdoors. But I also enjoy putting my business and marketing degree to work as well... that landscaping industry is a perfect fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common job is lawn care: mowing and fertilizing, and weed control. However, we do a lot of landscape upgrades and overhauls. We seem to have a niche for turning outdated and overgrown landscapes into great features for property owners at a reasonable cost!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
every customer should make sure the professional is properly insured and licensed. This means having general liability, workers compensation, and any technical licensed needed to apply pesticides, fertilizer, etc. Professional that have the proper credentials usually are trustworthy to work with.
