I am a sole proprietor that Heavily relies on my computers. I had only nightmare results with "other" computer repair companies, they would try to up sell me, repair the problem with a band aid. Mr Whitehouse is now the only computer technician I will use. He is very knowledgeable, his pricing is more than fair and he comes to you! He FIXES the issues, not just put a band aid on them. He offers advise to avoid future issues, even with items he finds though not the current problem. Daniel takes the time to make sure you understand but does not charge you by the hour. If he is there 1 or 8 hours he takes his time to make sure the issues are corrected. I highly recommend Techsavvy PC Repair for any computer issue, maintenance or advise needed.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common requested job I get is virus removals. Whether it is adware, spyware or actual viruses, all malware can affect your computer's security, your privacy and your data. The most common hardware issue is laptop power issues. The design of laptop power connections makes your laptop prone to physical damage to the DC jack or the motherboard.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't hesitate to ask questions. If the answer is too technical, ask for a better explanation. If you can't get a good answer from a tech, look elsewhere.
