Introduction: Small event catering is what I enjoy. I love preparing for small events because they are more personalized and the individual guest is made to feel special because preparation has been made for enjoyment during their presence at the guest of honor's event.
I do everything from simple buffet settings to meals, hor d'oeuvres, soups, salads, main course, specialty sandwiches and desserts.
The one thing I enjoy more than preparing the food is knowing that others are enjoying it.
