Introduction: NOT AFFILIATED WITH A GYM! I'm looking to train a few clients in the mornings at my apartment complex gym. It's an awesome, brand new gym that no one really uses. I recently left the fitness industry but it's always been my passion so I would like to keep a few clients in the mornings since my schedule allows it. I have over 4 years of experience in one on one training, am nationally certified, and have a B.S. in Exercise Science. We discuss your goals and that's how I develop a program for you. You won't pay any gym membership fees, sign up fees, or sign any contracts. Like I said, I'm just doing this on the side because I love helping people with their health. Here are my prices: 1) 45 minute session=$30 per session 2) 1 hour session=$40 per session You can pay a month at a time or every other week. I'm looking to see a client at least twice a week. I love being the highlight of someone's day. The best thing about training is seeing my clients get real results and knowing that I'm a part of a positive impact on their life!

I was in need of a personal trainer to help me reach my goals and learn better ways to avoid a plato. I told Matt my goals were to gain as much muscle mass as possible in the shortest amount of time and the rest was history. Matt not only was friendly and encouraging but was helpful when it came to creating viable ways to build size, endurance, and strength. Matt has developed a workout routine for me, catering to what I want to achieve with my workouts. If ever I have a question, he is readily available to answer and provide more detail as needed. I'm loving my workouts! I feel like I'm getting the results I've desired!
