FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different programs based on the client's needs. We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, and 1 hour sessions and offer 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month programs (although we do offer paid in full programs as well). . I like to see my one on one clients at least twice a week and if that doesn't work financially, we offer small group classes at a much cheaper rate. Lots of clients do a session or two with a trainer and then come to a group class and it works out really well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up a time to meet face to face with a potential new client before we start training. The meeting is completely free, and the purpose of this meeting is to discuss things like health/medical history, specific goals, and our plan of action to reach the goals. Sometimes I do a fitness assessment during this meeting as well, depending on the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from UK. I'm also nationally certified as a personal trainer through NSCA and NFPT. I plan to acquire at least two more certifications involving health and fitness within the next six. months
