Responded quickly to my initial request, and was able to schedule me in the next day ( to do the work on a Sunday!). Gave me a 30 mins msg to let me know when he was arriving so I didn’t waste time sitting around waiting on him. Arrived on time, did the work quickly and with no damage to anything of mine. I cannot say enough about Lamar's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. I am new to the area and looked at many profiles be firing hiring him. His honest and forthright quote (hourly) as well as his military experience caught my attention. I am in healthcare and of course it is always expected to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Lamar definitely does. He was efficient, thorough, timely and completed everything I asked on my "honey do" list. He most definitely treats your home just as if it's his. I can't review their work, after submitting my request this morning, and being given ever indication that the work could be done, their office manager first schedules me for a current day than requested, then cancelled me entirely. At 8:15 pm when it's much too late to find anyone else. To Her I give zero stars. The 2 stars I did give were for the person with whom I was originally dealing through the app. That person indicated that my timeframe was not a problem.Sep 10, 2019Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always let the customer drive this process. I work to meet this at their comfort level. I am not pushy or demanding. In my opinion this process should be a win/win with the customer getting the maximum value.
