Coach Kate is personable, knowledgeable and encouraging. She educates you about the whys and wherefores of your training while working with you on technique. She’s enthusiastic, but not overzealous—the perfect balance. I have gained strength and confidence working with her. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.Feb 22, 2018
I think I was an interesting case for Kate I have cerebral palsy , classified as a disability this condition can affect the body in many different ways. If left untreated or not dealt with properly A person can have a very poor Quality of life. Kate was willing to take me on without not having dealt with cerebral palsy before and boy did she succeed. She is always eager to try new things , And together both trainer and client came up with a routine that was helpful in all fields I am a type a person needs motivation, Positive reinforcement, and the understanding of what I’m doing and it’s benefits, to attempt something as difficult as physical exercise Kate provided all three of these during our sessions. With a willingness to be taught herself and learn from others, she is a great personal trainer and I would recommend her to anyone with or without a disability. I am so thankful she was willing to take me on as a client. I am also very thankful for her effort and patience with someone like myself with the physical condition that I haveJan 16, 2018Coach Kate's reply
Working with you has made me a better trainer. I am so grateful for our workouts and for watching you in “beast mode”!
Kate brings in a level of professionalism and experience that is difficult to find elsewhere. She keeps track of workouts, provides helpful advice on nutrition, and remembers your goals and thinks about what you as her client need. I personally am grateful to have a good trainer like Kate, because it makes me more motivated in all aspects of my life, not just fitness. If you are wary about Coach Kate, I would highly reccomend trying a single session with her, and you will see the difference immediately.Aug 9, 2019Verified
I personally couldn't imagine having any other trainer besides Kate! She is encouraging, and pushes my mind and body further than I could ever fathom on my own. She is knowledgeable in nutrition, and tailored my diet accordingly. I learn something new every session.Jan 19, 2019Verified
I have been working with Kate for about 2 months now, and she is by far the best of all the trainers I’ve had! She takes time to listen to your goals and limitations, and designs workouts accordingly. She has an excellent knowledge of muscle mechanics. She is super friendly and an excellent motivator! I have had so much progress already and looks forward to accomplishing my goals with her! Thanks Kate!!Feb 2, 2018Verified
