- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Pence and Sons Roofing recently did a repair for an elderly couple that has spent thousands trying to get a leak stopped. They had 4 different roofers out and it still leaked and of course they couldn't get them to return and fix the problem. We did the job for them and got it right the first time. They called me during a hard rain just to let me know that there was no leaking. They were very happy with our work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use a contractor from the town you live in or a surrounding county. Watch out for stormchasers. I have had some call me wanting work in our area and I just respectfully decline.
