- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we all are continually involved in our IT industry as things are constantly and rapidly changing. (Plus it excites us :])
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common types of jobs would have to be Laptop/Phone Screen Replacement, Operating System Install, and Virus Removal + Optimization. In these jobs we have multiple steps that go beyond just the simple name of what we are doing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you were looking to hire a provider make sure you hire people who truly are knowledgeable and are able to show you their degrees, and TIA A+ Certifications ect.
