- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to tell a potential client my pricing method. This way they will have a rough estimate on how much money it will cost to clean their home. I also like to do free walk throughs, which is previewing the home before hire. During walk throughs I gather all the cleaning specifics a client needs. After previewing their home, Im then able to discuss if I can meet those needs based on the condition of their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though I officially started my busyness last year, I have had a lot of cleaning experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for home owners and renters. I have also cleaned office buildings as well.
