I get thai massage or deep tissue massage, depending on the type of week I'm having, and Karen does a great job with both of these. She can even provide a combination thai/deep tissue massage which is amazingly relaxing! She is a well trained professional and adusts technique at each session to meet your individual needs.

Last August, I found a coupon for 1 free class to yoga with Erica. As someone who has been going to insanity boot camp classes, I didn't think that yoga was going to do much for my body since it seemed like a slow pace class. I was wrong. I go every Tuesday and Thursday at the Norwood community center and it's my favorite fitness class I've ever taken. Erica is a great teacher, in the beginning I struggled alot with certain poses and balance she always showed me modifications and helped me with my form. Now, 8 months later I am very strong through my arms legs and core and she challenges me every class to push a little harder. She has classes for the young and the old the fit and the people at the beginning of their journey. Definitely check her out!!!
