- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discount for seniors and veterans we will also offer a discount to new customers through thumbtack. We are not the cheapest company. we believe we give out fair and reasonable prices for the quality that we give Quality and your happiness is our number one priority we do things right the first time we do not cut corners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are on the phone/emails or texts we talk about the work that they want done. I tell them a little bit about Kurz painting. And what we are about and what kind of work we do ensure them that we do not cut corners. No questions asked we are known for our quality, honest, and reasonable prices I asked them to do research check out our website reviews And on Google. We make an appointment to go to their home. I get a feel of the customer and what they’re wanting done and I give my opinion And ask questions I write things down and I give them an estimate. I feel when we are done. We are leaving our customers very relaxed and comfortable and happy with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not go to school for painting I worked with other painting companies I asked questions and I picked it up pretty quickly. It just comes natural with me. I really enjoy the life of a painter and making people happy just makes me feel good.
