- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate off of a minimum cost which is $85-$95. At times we have had jobs that are small enough to offer doing more than what the customer wants done just to justify our costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is discuss specifically what they're needs and expectations are. We do this either by phone or in person. We then look at the job and explain to them what we suggest to be done and then give them and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always learned best by experience. I personally bought a small pressure washer several years ago for personal use and since have researched extensively on the best way to use all my equipment. This includes buying software for training not only myself, but our employees as well. We never send an employee out on a job without meeting our standards of training and quality first.
