Latest Review: Before I started working with Aaron, I was not motivated to change my fitness and or diet habits. I was overweight, and had very little energy throughout the day. Aaron met me at my level and always challenged me to reach a little further, without asking me to do too much at once. Fast forward a year later, I am working out 5 days per week (twice with personal trainer and three times doing other activities), I have lost 25 lbs and feel much stronger than I did a year ago. Aaron not only trained me during our workout sessions, but he also supported my journey by sending me motivational quotes throughout the week, and sugesting other behavior modifications to support my training. He has always been genuinely concerned with my overall well being: physical, mental and spiritual. I have a life long fitness journey ahead of me, but I would not be on this path were it not for Aaron's coaching and inspiring support.
