I absolutely enjoy the time and effort that Emily puts forward to help me with my weight loss goals, she is absolutely amazing, and she is awesome with working with your hectic schedules, she takes her time to show you the exercises, and does them with you, she just makes me feel awesome,I would recommend her ten times over
