Nicki is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. Her style is relaxed and gentle. Her classes are always about the students. I leave every class feeling relaxed and at peace. I learn things about the "why" and don't just feel like I'm stretching. She is great with modifications if there's something you can't do. She's genuinely a sweet person as well.
I have known Trisha for a couple of years now, her classes are always directed towards you and always looking to get you where you want with it. Trisha will always make suggestions before starting the practice, this feature makes you feel part of the class from the very beginning. Last August, I found a coupon for 1 free class to yoga with Erica. As someone who has been going to insanity boot camp classes, I didn't think that yoga was going to do much for my body since it seemed like a slow pace class. I was wrong. I go every Tuesday and Thursday at the Norwood community center and it's my favorite fitness class I've ever taken. Erica is a great teacher, in the beginning I struggled alot with certain poses and balance she always showed me modifications and helped me with my form. Now, 8 months later I am very strong through my arms legs and core and she challenges me every class to push a little harder. She has classes for the young and the old the fit and the people at the beginning of their journey. Definitely check her out!!!
I recently went to a yoga abs class and must admit it was well worth it! The yoga instructor is very tentative and pleasant. I would defiantly suggest that you give Tii-Fit a chance! One class can give you a different prospective on what yoga can do for you!
