- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and fair. I'm always willing to work with the customer on a good deal. Fees apply for additional workers when more help is needed. Service charge - set up break down clean up travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Want to build a good relationship with customers so that they will have a good dependable catering service for all their catering needs. Important is to build a relationship with each and every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in Food services about 20 years ago and I've been cooking for my family and friends on holidays, birthdays and other special events. Just decided to take this cooking a little further and do catering so I'm starting out on a good start. I have my State Food Safety Certified Manager Certification. I'm also working with a mentor who has over 20 years of experience in food service.
