John is very professional and is a very clear, responsive communicator. He did a great job getting the job scheduled, and most importantly had very high quality of work. I am very satisfied with his pressure washing and bush trimming. Don't hesitate to go with this contractor.

We are trying to finish our 2800 sq ft basement and thought being our own contractor would save us money. We researched several different framing companies and after meeting and interviewing 5 we decided to go with IHRS for framing. I should have given them a blueprint of what we wanted but I basically told him what we needed which was 3 bedrooms, laundry, full kitchen,batting cage area, family room, 2 full bathrooms, storage areas and a workout area. Eric was at the house everyday but honestly, his crew was very knowledgeable and professional that the job would have been fine even if he didn’t show up. I did change a few ideas I had after discussing with Eric because of his insight which saved me time in the end. His crew also worked around the electrician and plumber without complaints. After the framing was completed, I did have it inspected by the city and the items that needed correcting, Eric and his crew came back out and modified to meet building standard ( fire blocking ) at no extra charge. The building inspector even mentioned that the framers did a great job. And I have to say, this was not an easy framing job. They had to rip out most of the “framing” job that another contractor started that we had to fire because of his inability to frame. I also need to mention that Eric is very responsive. I’m a hard to please person and impatient and every time I called or texted Eric he responded within a few minutes. I never felt uncomfortable leaving the crew at my house either. If you’re considering any type of home improvement projects, give IHRS a call and see how they stack up to others on price and professionalism. Bathroom remodel, everything went well

Joe saved our biscuits and did it quickly and professionally. He customized some cabinets and really bailed us out of a precarious spot caused by our original contractor. Joe diagnosed our problem, explained clearly how he would fix things, provided a clear timeline and hit it. And the price was very fair. Highly recommend him.
