Roof Inspection
Steve came out and inspected, found some small issues, caulked, advised, photographed, all at no charge to me. Very pleasant dude, and I will call him when it's time to replace my currently not-so-great roof.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a 10% discount to military vets and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we work through insurance on 80% of our jobs. That process includes a initial inspection, then Filing a claim, meeting with the adjuster, negotiating a good replacement cost with the insurance company, and then building the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have taken and passed the general contractor exams for both West Virginia and Florida. Ohio Kentucky and Indiana do not require these licenses, but the states that do have much more stringent code requirements. Not only do I have the education and training but I also have the experience.
