Introduction: My services include the following: 1. Cooking classes for small groups (up to 12) specializing in international cuisine, private classes (e.g., bride to wife -- how to fry an egg) and one-on-one, and performance pieces that are just for the food and fun (My Paula Dee' is a hoot). 2. Custom bakery -- everything but cupcakes by special order only 3. Dine-in boutique restaurant -- seating limited to 16 4. Off-site catering limited to 100 and 20-mile radius I have the unique ability to connect with my customers. When they are personally involved with the preparation of their food, they feel they have confidence to do everything we have covered in the class.
