2000 Sq. Ft. or Less - $325.00. 2000-2500 Sq. Ft. - $350.00 2500-3000 Sq. Ft. - $375.00. 3000-3500 Sq. Ft.- $400.00 3500-4000 Sq. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact with my clients is in the form of a phone call or online with Thumbtack. I ask a short series of questions regarding the home to be inspected which helps determine pricing and scheduling. I will coordinate with the property owner and/or realtor to set the appointment to inspect the house. I encourage my clients to meet me at the end of the physical inspection of the property to review the findings of the inspection; with the written report to follow in 48 hours or less following the inspection.
