She really cares and gives you all the tools you need to make your goal. For me personally she is not the cheapest just because I am a full time college student and a full time mommy so I can't fit work into my schedule the way I'd like to to be able to afford her plans. I can definitely say you get what you pay for though. She is very organized and knows her stuff. If you're ready to start losing weight the right way then I would not go with anyone but her. She has really made a change in my life. Even when I get off track (like I am right now) she does not get frustrated but she helps lead you back in the right direction.
I started working with Joe a few months ago. I've never worked with a Personal Trainer before so I didn't know what to expect. Joe made me feel comfortable right away and I enjoy my appointments with him (even when the workouts are challenging). I can't help to think back from time to time about my life before I had personal trainer. I was an average size woman that could not run a quarter of a mile or do a single pull-up. I tried 3 personal trainers before I was interoduced to Kyle Blandford. Since I had not had any luck with the 3 previous trainers I wasn't holding out much hope for this new guy. I am proud to say after are very first session I tossed out any preconceived notion's I had about personal trainers. I explained to Kyle verious goals I had and gave him a very accurate picture of the kind of shape I was in. Kyle never let me feel that my goals weren't obtainable even if I shared my own doubts out loud during training. In the weeks and months to come I would begin to see just how good of a trainer Kyle was. Not only had I lost weight I was the strongest I had ever been in my life. In November of 2016 I ran my first 1/2 marathon. I can honestly say this would have never happened without the knowledge, encouragement, dedication and personal training from Kyle Blandford. To boot I can also do countless push-ups along with 10 unassisted pull-ups. The confidence I have now is priceless - thank you from the bottom of my heart! Brooke
Katie is an AWESOME trainer!! She was my first experience with a personal trainer and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She really made personal training personal. She helped me understand what being healthy and fit really means and guided me on how to eat healthier. She was realistic with temptations in life and how a busy schedule can interfere with eating healthy/working out. She helped me push through those situations whether it was suggestions on what to eat at a restaurant or reminding me that one bad day didn't take away all the hard work I had done. Katie makes working out fun and is dedicated to helping you every step of the way. She helps you with your weekly workouts and provides support throughout each week. Three months ago my best friend asked me to come over to her house. She said she had a personal trainer for us. Honestly I didn't really want to do it. I had done the "diets" and workouts throughout my life so I felt like I already knew what I had to. Of course nothing ever worked. I was very hesitant but told her I would come. That first day I was so nervous! I thought about backing out but I said I would do it so I went. That day was my fresh start. Josh came with nothing but nice positive things to say. He wasn't cocky, which I liked. He was"real". Josh is very knowledgeable and motivating. His motivation is amazing. He truly cares about his clients. I wouldn't call myself a client; Josh is now a friend. He makes you a priority. He thoroughly explains everything about not only working out but nutrition also. He has you set goals for yourself and you change them as you conquer them. Josh makes you believe you are amazing and can do anything you set your mind to. His newsletters are packed full of valuable information and motivating things. With his help I am one step closer to my million dollar goal. I can highly recommend Derrick for a personal trainer. He is very personal young man who is dedicated to his profession. I like the fact that he will push me beyond what I would do if I were on my own. His workouts have helped me gain strength and I feel better for it.

Betsy is a fantastic personal trainer. I signed up for her bootcamp classes over the summer and left feeling stronger than when I came in each time. She knows her stuff and her positive attitude and bubbly personality can give you just the motivation and positive vibes you need to complete a great workout! She is also extremely creative and continually challenges you in a fun way each time. Not only does she put you through a great workout, but she genuinly cares about your fitness outside of the classes. Betsy sends out weekly emails giving fantastic advice on diet, tips and general information to keep you motivated until your next session. I most definitely reccomend Betsy as a personal trainer!

I started working with Chris with a program called Metabolic Kickstart. He is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He not only works with you in the gym but he helps you with nutrition.
About a year and a half ago, something clicked. I don't know if I was just tired of being tired, or if I was afraid I was going to go to sleep one night and never wake up again. I decided I needed a change in my life. Meeting with Alexa every week was amazing. Instead of giving me a list of things I could and couldn't eat, we gradually worked on changing my diet. I found new foods to try, different ways of looking at the food I buy and prepare, and more importantly how much of each item I should be eating. How has my life changed? It's hard to completely describe. I feel completely different. I have so much more energy. I can go out and do things I never could or wanted to do. I sleep well at night. I'm happier. My belly doesn't rub the steering wheel anymore. My pants have gone from 68" waist to a very loose 48" waist. I've gone through 4 new belts and 3 pairs of running shoes. Did I mention I feel so much better? And I'm not done yet.
She's amazing!! My high metabolism makes it hard for me to gain weight. When I told Katie this, she immediately put me on a nutrition and workout plan. Great Gym, Great Follow up, Great prices! I've been dedicated to fitness my entire life and recently decided I wanted a change of pace to step up my performance in the gym. Trainers are knowledgeable and tailor the workout to fit your goals. They will definitely push you the extra mile if you want them to.
Gage is a great trainer! He knows what he is talking about and he when he doesn't, he knows who to talk to to find out. My personal experience with him was to slim down slightly. I wasn't big to begin with, but I did have some fat to lose. Within 5 weeks, I hit my original goal, so Gage and I set a new one for the next month. I feel so at ease training with him, because I know that I'm in good hands.
