Oleg teaches a good yoga flow, pays a special attention to yoga breath, which is great. For beginners he builds foundation for yoga practice; for more experienced students, he refreshes breathing techniques. I like a savasana meditation a lot and OM mantra, it sounds a very powerful.

I teach yoga to adults of all ages and of all physical condition. My training blends a number of yoga styles. I use props, and I am particularly well-versed in modifications (to compensate for injuries, etc.). I studied with the amazing Tias Little, Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I attended classes with more than a dozen outstanding teachers over the course of several years. I specialize in working with people who ride and work with horses, and I have developed yoga sequences aimed at improving balance and rehabilitating injuries. Currently, I teach privately at the homes of my students.
I stem from an athletic background where I spent years playing multiple sports, with an emphasis on Tennis; yet never fully appreciating the body as the artwork it truly is. It wasnât until I attended my first yoga class in 2004 that I became curiously active in self-discovery. The welcoming environment of the yogic community provoked new outlooks and perspectives on life that only yoga could provide; which immediately became a regular routine in her daily life. We have a good time in kids' yoga. As I tell a story, we act out the different parts and sometimes make animal sounds. However, it's also about finding ways to calm ourselves and get peaceful. I also give foot massages when requested during relaxation. Gentle yoga is for people who thought they would never be able to do yoga. Our movements are done slowly, and people are encouraged to only do modified poses when necessary. We do a wonderful progressive relaxation with our eyes closed, and then I verbally paint a picture of a serene setting. Some have fond memories of this experience. As a reading specialist, my first goal is to help people of all ages who thought they would never be able to read. I will structure activities geared to their unique problems. The next goal is to give them a sense of accomplishment and help them to eventually read for enjoyment.
