We contacted Mike after getting a referral. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and Mike was pleasant and professional. The installation itself was fast, even as he patiently worked through a surprise complication within our wall. He programmed our remotes for us, and then walked us through how our new set-up would work. We were so happy with the experience that we booked him to come back the next week for a second one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be easier to use. We have a few ways to offer prices, one way is to offer a labor fee for installing your materials. Another way is to offer a labor fee for install your materials with NO WIRES HIDDEN. Also, we can offer prices that include all the materials in one flat rate package - complete installs. Finally, we offer FREE installation when you purchase the bracket &/or wires from us. We do not take payments up front, the way we operate is as follows: *You schedule an installation appointment & we confirm the appointment on the day of. We arrive to the provided address & survey the install to be sure that what was discussed matches the installs needs. Once we have reached the point of agreement we will begin the install. When the install is complete we will fill out the proper paperwork & at that point we will hand the an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full at that time. Payment in full is due after the install is complete before the installer leaves the installation site.

As a young man I was always very skilled in the home electronics industry. I stared right out of school & got into contracting A/V installations for residential & commercial installs.
