Brian did a wonderful job installing my 3 ceiling fans. Two were not so easy and he did such s great job. I am so happy with the outcome. I will definitely hire him again.
Our A/C went out in the middle of summer, Chris replaced the entire unit, outside and in our extremely hot attic. He's very professional, personable and honest. What he said it cost, it did. It was fixed quickly, which we very much appreciated! Great work, great price and we highly recommend him. We are having some plumbing work done by him soon as well and feel confident that he'll do another great job!
Chad from All Phaze Electric installed 9 new fixtures in my office. He also fixed the ballast in the bathroom. Everything looks great and works great. Chad was flexible, and worked with me. When I originally hired him, I tried supplying the light fixtures, and they ended up being wrong. He was probably 1.5 hours into the job, and he didn't get frustrated or expect payment. He worked with me, and ended up buying all the supplies and installing. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He repaired and prepped my front porch and I’ve gotta say, I’m very impressed with his work. I would recommend Nick to anyone.
As with almost all projects the proposal was made based on a request to visit in order provide a firm estimate. He came to my home, conducted a cursory inspection and provided a estimate. Was here early the next morning in order to beat the heat in the attic and went to work. He met every requirement stipulated. I hope all issues I have are done with as much effort and proficiency as was noted. Thank You.
I had a bathroom fan that needed replacing, and Rick did a great job. He was fast (considering there were several hiccups in the design of the bathroom and the new fan) and made sure everything was working perfectly and cleaned up nicer than before he got there.
Needed to install two new junction boxes for new light fixtures in a bathroom after removing a mirror and previous ugly light fixture. Was really pleased with Ross' work. He completed my job quickly, neatly and gave good explanations as to what he needed to be done. I can now move on with renovating the rest of my bathroom and installing the new light fixtures. I would highly recommend Ross and will definitely hire him again for my future electrical projects.

The experience I had with Roger Blunk was outstanding on both jobs he did for me. The first job was expanding an elevated deck at the back of my home. 15 feet in the air, and the work was done to the design I created. It was handled safely and professionally. He is a certified master carpenter, and it shows in his competence and finished work. Money wise, his price was thousands of dollars less than estimates I received from 2 other Lexington construction companies. He provided me with his insurance & license papers, and got the proper permits for the project. The second job was converting a 3' X 3' concrete stoop front porch with no roof into a old fashioned southern 6' x 15' porch, with an extended roof. He designed a roof system that blended into the old roof, and matched the style of the home. The new porch had electrical outlets and a ceiling fan added, as well as 2 entrances, and a classic southern post and rail system. All of the exposed wood except the floor were wrapped in white aluminum, blending everything with the white siding on the house. The comments from neighbors as well as complete strangers have been outstanding. I will not hesitate to use Roger again in the future.
