I called Kevin last minute about cleaning a house I was moving into. He came the next day to provide a whole house estimate. I had 7 bedrooms and stairs cleaned in a college rental house. They were disgustingly dirty. The carpets turned out so clean you could sleep on the floor. I was amazed. I wish this company serviced my city. I would use them in a heartbeat. Best service I have ever seen. Outstanding in every way. They gave me big discount because the house was empty, and they didn't have to move any furniture which was totally awesome. I would highly recommend.

I will most definitely be recommending Kevin to anyone I talk to that mentions having their carpets cleaned. He was very informative about the process and things that your flooring endures over time. No corners are cut to get the job done in a specific amount of time, Kevin is there until the job is completely finished and is very particular about his work. Our pricing policies are completely transparent and full details can be found on our website. No hidden fees and no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All jobs start off with an introduction and an inspection of the areas or upholstery that is to be cleaned. Once the pre-inspection has been completed the cleaning technician will create a quote. This quote consists of three types of service so the customer can pick a solution that meets their specific cleaning requirements. After the cleaning is complete the tech will perform a post inspection with the customer to make sure all concerns have been resolved before collecting payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, continuing education is a requirement of the IICRC in order to keep certifications in good standing.
